Question: How can I track the status of my order?
Answer: Sign in to your account and review the complete Order History of all your Evanese Orders.
Question: Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
Answer: Yes, you'll need to contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number. Depending on the return reason/condition, you might be charged for 10~15% restocking fee. Unless you received a defective or wrong item, you will be responsible for all the additional shipping charges.

Answer: Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world.
Question: Will you charge sales tax on my order?
Answer: Only if the order is being shipped to California. Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated and the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
If no sales taxes are due, none will be charged.
Question: What methods of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept all payment methods that Amazon.com, paypal accepts such as visa and master.

Question: Why is my item on backorder?
Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed, you will not be charged until the item ships. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) at the time you make your selection. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. We will inform you by e-mail if this date changes.
